Techkaro Private Limited builds Taxifo: GST billing software for Indian businesses, and for the chartered accountancy firms who keep their books.
What we make
Most small businesses in India still bill on paper and photograph the result for their accountant, who types it back in at the end of the month. Taxifo removes the retyping. A bill is raised in about thirty seconds, the GST works itself out from the two GSTINs on it, and the accountant has the record the same minute — as a record, not a photograph.
How it is run
The part that is unusual, and that shapes everything else: each CA firm runs its own installation of Taxifo, against its own database. One firm's clients never share a table with another's, and a login issued by one firm is not valid at another. That is a property of how the software is deployed rather than a setting anyone can get wrong.
Where your data sits
Business records — bills, parties, GSTINs, payments — are held on the installation belonging
to your CA firm. Passwords are hashed with argon2id and cannot be read back by
anyone, including us. Every change keeps a record of what the row was and what it became.
